Brush up on your bronzing and get glowing with these self-tan bargains
YOU don’t have to spend a load of gold when going for bronze.
Boots the chemist has reported a 300 per cent increase in sales of self-tanning products, as we prep for our first outings post-lockdown. Here’s how to get that glowing look for not too pretty a penny . . .
Brush up on your bronzing and get glowing with these self-tan bargains[/caption]PRIMARK, SET, GO: Now that Primark is open for business, I’ll be adding a Bronze Radiant Glow light/medium self-tan mousse, £3, to my basket.
It gives a natural glow and is far cheaper than similar by St Tropez, usually £30.50 at Boots though currently £20.33. I also love St Moritz tan which you can pick up at Savers stores, from £2.99.
HIP HIP SOLAIT: I’m a huge fan of Superdrug’s Solait self-tan products and you can currently buy one and get a second half-price with some of the range.
There’s everything from face bronzers to bronzing mists, plus you get Health & Beautycard points too.
MITT’S A HIT: For a Towie-sytle glow, you can pick up Jess Wright’s range from Poundland — her Gradual Tan is just 50p per tube. I have tried it and it’s great.
I also like Jess’s tanning mitt at Poundland — it’s made from a special material that helps avoid streaks and will cost you just £1.
You don’t have to spend a load of gold when going for bronze[/caption]SWEET DEAL: Buying in bulk is the key to saving big. At skinnytan.co.uk, its chocolate-scented tanning bundle contains mousse, gradual tan, face-tanning drops, primer and a mitt for £29.99, down from £60.95. That’s a huge saving of £30.96.
Why not buy it and share with a mate or save a couple of items and use them as part of a birthday pressie for someone?
VIP GLOW: TV host Stacey Solomon loves a tan and recently revealed her fave fake stuff is from Dove’s DermaSpa range.
The self-tanning mousse is normally £9.99 a can but right now is £4.99 from Boots, saving you a fiver, plus you get your points.
