Inside Kate Ferdinand’s ‘sweet filled’ half term with baby Cree and Rio Ferdinand’s kids
KATE Ferdinand has given her Instagram fans an insight into half term with baby Cree and husband Rio’s three children.
The 29-year-old new mum revealed she had a “really good” time over the two-week break, having thrown her healthy eating regime “out the window”.

“Was really worried about this half term with COVID and not being able to keep the kids occupied,” she began the series of posts.
“Surprisingly we had a really good one,” she added, alongside a picture of a bicycle beside the London Eye as she went for a bike ride with “the kids”.
Another picture showed Kate and ten-year-old step-daughter Tia walking with Cree’s pram and the family dog, chihuahua Ronnie.

“More quality time with their little brother,” Kate described the image of husband Rio’s children crowding around the newborn.
Another sweet snap saw Kate with the baby in a papoose on her front as they went for their “first walk” in a carrier after his birth in December.
“Our first walk with Cree in the carrier,” she described the image of her and her young son. “He’s so bloody heavy we didn’t make it very far.”
She told her fans the family had been out of “lots of walks”[/caption] They also took baby Cree for his first trip in a baby carrier[/caption]The family’s half term fun continued with “more bike rides and picnics” and a trip to an inflatable waterpark for a “very cold but very fun time”.
She concluded her roundup by detailing how the week had been filled with sweets, and that her healthy eating had “gone out the window”.
“The healthy eating just goes out the window for me every single half term,” Kate told her fans. “With no structure I just find it so hard.”
Alongside a snap of an enticing plate full of sweeties, she added: “Looking forward to getting back to some normality this week.”

The Essex native proudly told her followers who had papped her as she modelled a new gilet while walking her pet pooch.
Her fans were very impressed with Tia’s skills and rushed to comment on Kate’s post – calling the youngster “fabulous”.
Kate became a step-mum to Rio’s three children Lorenz, Tate and Tia after he tragically lost his wife to cancer in 2015. She is also a new mum to son Cree.

Husband Rio, 42, said: “If there is a situation that is, for example Mother’s day has just gone.
“My mother has passed away, the babies their mum passed away as well, so, and Kate is a new mum.
“There are so many dynamics in that house. The emotional kind of energy in the house on that day is through the roof.

“And so to manage that and to make it a day when everyone is happy and celebrating mother’s day is a task in itself.
“But talking to the kids. We had a conversation on Mother’s Day, my little boy, I said, ‘you don’t post anything on Mother’s Day do you?’ and he is not an emotional poster.
“He said: ‘I was thinking about doing it this Mother’s Day but I wasn’t sure what to do about Kate and mum’. And Kate started crying really, she was like, ‘Post what you feel, don’t worry about no one else. Just post what you feel.’”
