5 Afghan Cricket Stars to Play at PSL
Rashid Khan, Mohammad Nabi, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, Qais Ahmad, and Noor Ahmad Laknawal, five members of the Afghan national cricket team, bought different teams in the Pakistan Premier League.
The star players of the Afghan national cricket team, who are currently making their name in Afghan and international languages, have been bought in the Pakistan Super League.
In the auction, for the series, the Lahore Qalandar team bought Rashid Khan, Karachi King team bought Mohammad Nabi and Noor Ahmad Laganwal, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman was bought by the Peshawar Zalmi team and Quetta gladiators won the auction to buy Qais Ahmad.
The Pakistan Premier League, which is held once a year, was hosted in the United Arab Emirates a few years ago.
During recent years, the Pakistan Super league series was held domestically.
Some foreign teams and players are reluctant to play in Pakistan, and there is no exact information whether the auctioned players will go to Pakistan for the league or not.
Rashid, Nabi, Mujeeb and Noor Ahmad are still playing in the Big Bash League an Australian cricket series.
This come as Rashid khan and Mujeeb Ur Rahman, Afghan Cricket stars are to leave Australia for Abu Dhabi to play in the National team at the International ODI series against Ireland.
The 16 members of the Afghan Cricket team will Face Irish players on January 21, Rashid will play his last match at the BBL on January 10, and soon will head to play for Afghanistan against Ireland.
