Today I am cooking at home and making vegetable chow mein noodles with an easy sauce. The chow mein sauce can be used with lo mein noodles as well.
1/4 cup (60 ml) cold water
2 Tbsp (30 ml) dark soy sauce
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Shaoxing cooking wine (optional)
