At 554 PM CST, National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
moderate to heavy showers, capable of producing winds to around 30
knots. These showers were located along a cold front extending from
31 Nautical Mile southeast of Malaquite Beach to 16 Nautical Miles
southwest of Laguna Vista, moving east at 10 knots.
Locations impacted include...
South Padre Island, Queen Isabella Causeway, Laguna Vista, Port
Isabel and the southern Laguna Madre.
