A sensational switch to Real Madrid is the next most likely scenario at 3/1 with Manchester City a 6/1 chance.
Chelsea and Juventus are double-figure prices at 10/1 and 12/1 respectuively.
Monaco, any MLS side or any Chinese Super League club are all locked at 16s.
Speculation about Neymar’s future is gathering momentum.
Barcelona presidential candidate Emili Rousaud sent the rumour mill spinning when vowing to bring Neymar back from Paris Saint-Germain.

That’s obviously on the proviso he’s elected to replace Josep Maria Bartomeu AND Neymar drops his lawsuit against the club.
Rousaud said: “We’re going to sign two top players, one of them is Neymar.
“We are working to bring him back to Barcelona if he withdraws the lawsuit he has against the club.
“We hope to be able to announce soon the name of the other big-name player we want to bring. It will not leave anyone indifferent. We have a direct line to the player.”

However, Barca legend Rivaldo isn’t convinced.
Betfair Ambassador, Rivaldo said: “One of the Barcelona presidential candidates announced that he will sign Neymar if he wins, but I believe he is more thinking about raising his notoriety on the press in this electoral process.
“Neymar has mentioned he is happy in Paris, Barcelona seem to be dealing with some financial problems and this announcement wasn’t confirmed by a PSG director or Neymar’s agent.
“So, I see it more like a marketing strategy to be in the news than a real possibility.”
