The Mandalorian fans left ‘crying and screaming with excitement’ as Jedi FINALLY makes debut after months of rumours
THE Mandalorian fans were left “crying and screaming with excitement as a legendary Jedi FINALLY made their debut after months of rumours.
Viewers of Disney+ series predicted that Ahsoka Tano would return to our screens for season 2 – and the were completely right.
Ahsoka Tanomade her debut in the fifth episode of season 2 The Mandalorian[/caption]After speculation that Rosario Dawson, 41, was joining the series as the Jedi back in March, paired with the fact that Ahsoka appears in animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and fans were convinced that we’d see her on our screens some time soon.
And they were completely right.
Episode five, named Chapter 13: The Jedi, which hit our screens earlier today welcomed the prominent character with open arms and fans couldn’t believe their eyes.
Many took to Twitter to share their excitement, with one saying: “IM FREAKING CRYING MY GIRL AHSOKA #DisneyPlus#TheMandalorian”
Another tweeted: “BROOO THE FIRST TWO MINUTES!!! I’m sobbing I’m so fucking happy #TheMandalorian”
A third added: “I AM SCREAMING!!! OH MY GOD #TheMandalorian chapter 13”
A fourth chimed in: WE’RE JUST GOING RIGHT TO HER DAMN. #TheMandalorian”
A fifth said: My mind is BLOWN 3 MINUTES in the episode #TheMandalorian
It was reported back in March that Dawson, 41, had been hired to play the part of the much-loved character.
But fans have been the show boss’ case for a whopping five years to make the return.
Three years ago a fan asked Dawson on Twitter to star as Ahsoka, and the actress and singer replied: “Ummmm… yes, please?! #AhsokaLives”.
Then during an appearance on Good Morning America, the actress said it “would be amazing” play the part of Tano.

But of course the show decided to keep it very quiet that they had in fact planned to take her on.
Some fans are convinced that the Jedi was due to make a return because they had come up with the theory that she had been frozen and locked up.
Many thought that Mando would then be able to save the day and rescue her.
Meanwhile, others speculated that Sasha Banks’ character could have been the key to Ahsoka’s introduction, if she is playing Sabine Wren.
The Mandalorian is available on Disney+ with new episodes dropping every Friday.
