In October 2018, Tekashi took a plea deal in the criminal case, admitting to partaking in the making and disseminating of a music video featuring a sexual video of a 13-year-old.
He was sentenced to four years probation.
According to TMZ, Doe is suing 6ix9ine and another adult, Tay Milly, for child sexual assault, child sexual abuse and infliction of emotional distress.
She also claims she was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time.
The report states that Doe is claiming Tekashi and Milly made three sexually explicit videos.
VIDEO CLAIMS
These videos, the woman claims, were later posted online.
According to the documents reviewed by TMZ, in one video Doe is performing oral sex on Milly, while Tekashi does not engage in sex.
In another, Doe claims she was sitting on the rapper’s lap in a bra and underwear, while in the third, she said she was lying naked across Tekashi and Milly’s laps while Milly groped her.
Tekashi’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, told TMZ that the rapper strongly denies the claims.
Lazzaro said the Brooklyn-born artist – whose full name is Daniel Hernandez – will “defend the lawsuit vigorously” once he has been served.
